GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
The student should bring the Hand book to school daily.

DISCIPLINE

The motto of Kannada Sangha Primary and Hr. Sec. School is Purity, Learning and Perfection. Here students are trained to be secular, sensitive, courteous, caring, compassionate, honest, to respect elders and to see unity in diversity. Each and every student is expected to be self disciplined, exhibiting excellent Standard of behaviour. All should abide by all rules and regulations and uphold the name of the institution.

The discipline is at its best when it comes from within.

NOTE TO STUDENTS - AT HOME
1. Wake up early in the morning.
2. Pray God. Have Deep faith on God. Sincere Prayers will be answered.
3. Sit for Morning study. Prepare yourself for each Day’s lessons to be learnt at school.
4. Arrange your books and note books according to the time table.
5. Have your breakfast. Don’t attend the class with Empty stomach.
6. Bring lunch regularly.
7. Wear washed and ironed Uniform and polished Shoes.
8. Comb your hair neatly. Cut and keep your nails clean.
9. Boys should have proper haircut.
10. Girls should have double plait tied up with ribbon.
11. Students who are coming by the nearest are not allowed to come by bicycle as there is shortage of parking place.

AT SCHOOL
1. Be Punctual. Go to your class by 08.45am.
2. Avoid late coming. In case of unavoidable late, permission letter from the parent should be brought.
3. Home work, assignments are to be submitted to the concerned teacher.
4. Be attentive in class.
5. Keep the class room neat & clean to maintain the same throughout the day.
6. Pupils should not wear colour dress on their BIRTHDAY, while coming to school. Don't wear Gold or Silver.
7. Unruly behaviour should be avoided.
8. Don’t move out of the class rooms during the class hours.
9. Maintain silence.
10. Avoid scribbling, spitting on the walls.
11. Any damage done to the school property by a student disciplinary action will be taken.
12. If the student involved can’t be identified then the repair or replacement cost has to be borne by the concerned class as it is a collective responsibility.
13. Should not bring mobile phone / camera / I pad or any other electronic gadgets.
14. Students should participate in physical education classes without fail.
15. Any malpractice is punishable severely, like issuing T.C. at any part of the Academic year.

ON THE WAY TO HOME
1. Don’t be a public nuisance.
2. Behave well in public place as you are in the school uniform.

AT HOME
1. Play while playing. Study during study hours. Finish your homework regularly.
2. Don’t sit for long hours in front of computers / Television.
3. Go early to bed and rise early.

NOTE TO PARENTS
1. The parents of Primary School should bring their wards in time to school and they should take back soon after the closure of their session.
2. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school by abiding the rules and regulations.
3. Don’t allow your children to wear gold or silver ornaments to school.
4. Spare some time with your (son/daughter) ward daily to know what happens at school and to know about your child’s progress.
5. If the leave is more than five days the parents should accompany the student.
6. Attend parent-teacher meeting without fail.
7. Check your child’s home work and class work daily.
8. Cut short watching T.V. for the child's sake.
9. Leave will not be granted on the reopening day (ie) after each term.
10. Students are expected to talk in English as long as they are in school premises.
11. Students should wear white uniform on Monday & Friday with House Banian.
12. Colour uniform on other days.
